Compliance for military and dual-use goods and services – Comprehensive legal analysis of products and counterparties aimed at ensuring compliance with export control and sanctions regulations. This includes classification of products and services as military or dual-use items, as well as thorough due diligence of counterparties with respect to sanctions exposure, connections with aggressor states, legal standing, financial stability, and litigation history.

Construction and production setup – Legal support for the establishment and launch of production facilities covering key aspects of construction and operational setup of newly established enterprises. This includes conducting legal due diligence, support for transactions involving land plots and real estate, regulatory advice on urban planning requirements and compliance with construction standards, as well as drafting and review of construction-related agreements.
